Exercise to stall dementia

Exciting news! Researchers have found that frequent, moderate exercise can delay mental decline AND re-grow parts of the brain linked with cognitive decline in later life.  A brisk walk of 30 to 40 minutes, three times a week, was enough for scientists to see improved results in the participants in the study.
