Getting On… with life: Baby boomers, mental health and ageing well

The Mental Health Foundation’s latest report examines ways in which the baby boomer generation can best maintain good mental health as its members age.  Born between 1946 and 1955, baby boomers lived through incredibly diverse political, economic and social change, and the report identifies several specific challenges many members of the generation are likely to face, including the likelihood of becoming a carer in later years and a lack of awareness about how to protect mental wellbeing.
