What does an adequate old-age income entail?

AGE Platform Europe recently concluded a two year study on the adequacy of old-age minimum income schemes. As well as monetary aspects, the researchers recommend taking into account the need for “quality health, long-term care services, education, lifelong learning, decent housing, leisure and social activities or civic participation” in order to support autonomy, dignity and wellbeing.
