As he says in his Daily Telegraph article, “public policy has entirely failed over the past 60 years to create proper and effective systems to deliver care. Now we have a chance to put that right, with cross-party talks, and a White Paper promised for April.”  He explains why we should, and how certain changes to the care system will allow us to, “start celebrating ageing, not talking about it as a burden.”  Here’s hoping!
