Shouldn’t we be focusing on healthy ageing, rather than anti-ageing?

healthy ageingA BBC Research report recently identified the future value of the “anti-ageing” products and services industry to be $345.8 billion by 2018.  Since ageing is inevitable and unavoidable, the Vital Aging Network and the Institute for the Ages, among others, suggests that, instead of focusing on anti-ageing, “our focus should be on vital aging with wisdom, power and energy to age well and enjoy the journey!”

That sounds much more fun to me!
