Terms and Conditions for buying Personal Assistance from Silk and Tweed Limited
Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Silk and Tweed shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to the use of Silk and Tweed’s Personal Assistance service.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy services. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Payment for your order of personal assistance will be taken through the Silk and Tweed Paypal account, the details of which will be provided to you in the above-mentioned confirmation email.
Payment will be made in thirds. One-third of the total cost of your requested amount of Personal Assistance will be taken as a guarantee prior to the commencement of the service we provide you. Following completion of half of the amount of Personal Assistance that we are providing you, the second payment (another third) will be taken. Following completion of the entire amount of Personal Assistance that we are providing you, the final third of the total cost will be paid by you to Silk and Tweed via the Silk and Tweed Paypal account.
For a refund of your one-third guarantee payment, cancellation of your offer to buy services must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the service Silk and Tweed had agreed to provide you.
Should you cancel your offer to buy services less than 24 hours before the commencement of the service Silk and Tweed had agreed to provide you, the one-third guarantee payment will be non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with the service that we provide you, a brief explanation of what went wrong and what would have made Silk and Tweed’s service provision better will help us to improve the services we are able to offer customers in the future.
