Low levels of Vitamin D linked to cognitive impairment

Researchers are consistently finding the link between lower levels of Vitamin D and higher levels of cognitive impairment. What they haven’t been able to determine yet is whether there is an amount or frequency of taking the vitamin that could slow or prevent memory loss.
